Physiological PBPK parameters from commercially relevant fish species in the Arctic region

Dataset with values collected for a list of species deemed commercially relevant, who are present in the Arctic region. The aim of the literature search was to assess the data availability of physiological parameters for an Arctic Physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model. The literature search was conducted in the Web of Science database, in addition to searches for all listed species in the local database at The Norwegian Institute of Water Research (NIVA), and data was shared for Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua), and Atlantic halibut (Hippoglossus hippoglossus) by The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research (IMR/HI). Includes one sheet of data for lipid content of different tissues, tissue volumes, blood flow to tissues, cardiac output and oxygen consumption rates retrieved from FishBase (https://www.fishbase.se/)
