Colosseum O-RAN COMMAG Requested-PRB Validity Audit

This companion reproducibility package supports the manuscript “Certificate-Targeted Network Telemetry for Safe Policy Ranking under Selective KPI Observation.” It contains the frozen processed and replicate-level outputs, code, scripts, environment information, machine-readable tables, figure sources, manifests, checksums, and verification records used to reproduce the reported results. The package documents a controlled network-measurement study and raw-to-number traceability within the tested package and environment. It does not claim independently audited design validity, deployed O-RAN cost reduction, or an operationally best scheduler. Code and scripts are licensed under the MIT License. Data and documentation are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
