查询国际游客归属地

客户端通过接入重庆移动大智大数据能力开放平台进行接口鉴权，调用接口前，需获取token。入参内容为：区域id、查询时间、tokenCode，返回值为：状态、是否成功、错误描述、数据内容、国家游客人数、区域名称、区域id等，查询国际游客归属地就是查询区域内游客中号码归属地为国际及港澳台的手机用户数，数据每小时更新；

Clients interface with the Chongqing Mobile Dazhi Big Data Capability Open Platform for interface authentication. A valid token must be obtained prior to invoking any interface of the platform. The input parameters of the interface are: region ID, query timestamp, and tokenCode. The returned response fields include: status, success indicator, error description, data content, number of international tourists, region name, region ID, etc. Querying the attribution of international tourists refers to counting the number of mobile users who are tourists within the specified region and whose phone numbers are registered to international regions, Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan. The dataset is updated hourly.
