The thermal sterilization of beeswax plays a key role in maintaining hygienic integrity and safeguarding bee colony health. This study introduces a newly designed continuous sterilization system and investigates its performance under various process and thermal conditions. The primary goal is to ensure uniform temperature distribution and stable processing of molten beeswax at 120 °C over a period of minimum 20 minutes. The research emphasizes the influence of controllable parameters on the overall process efficiency. Mechanical mixing and thermal system integration were shown to significantly improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs. The findings demonstrate that targeted system modifications can improve the sterilization of highly viscous materials, offering improved safety, energy savings, and product consistency across industrial applications. Experimental research and potential modifications of the experimental setup will contribute to the development of more efficient and safer sterilization of high-quality substances with variable viscosity and mass homogeneity in production processes.
