Transcriptomic analysis of class I odorant receptor enhancer deletion [eA]

We used RNAseq based transcriptome analysis to compare gene expression changes in the olfactory mucosa resulting from CRISPR-based deletion of a putative enhancer in the class I odorant receptor gene cluster. 6 control and 6 enhancer deletion animals. Age matched. Deletion eA = 912 bp (chr7:102,509,701-102,510,612)本研究采用基于RNA测序（RNAseq）的转录组分析手段，对比I类气味受体基因簇内推定增强子经CRISPR敲除后，嗅黏膜中的基因表达变化情况。实验共包含6只对照组动物与6只增强子敲除组动物，两组动物年龄匹配。本次敲除区域eA长度为912碱基对，位于7号染色体（chr7）的102,509,701-102,510,612区间。
