Transcriptomes of Geum rivale and Geum urbanum. Transcriptomes of inbreeding and outbreeding Geum species

We developed transcriptomes of Geum rivale (and outcrosser) and G. urbanum (a self-fertilizing species) for two purposes: 1) to develop microsatellite markers useable for both species, and 2) to assist annotation of a draft genome of G. urbanum.
