Development Plan Wandsbek 42 1st Amendment Hamburg

The Act on Building Plan Wandsbek 42 of 29 October 1975 (HmbGVBl. 185), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 503), is amended as follows: 1. The attached "Appendix to the Regulation amending the Act on the Wallsbek 42" development plan is amended to Law added. 2. Paragraph 2(1) is replaced by the following: ‘1. Retail establishments with the exception of mail order businesses are prohibited in the industrial area. By way of exception, retail trade in connection with craft and manufacturing industries and establishments dealing with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally surface-stressing articles, including accessories, or in building materials, tools, garden tools or other construction and garden supplies, shall be permitted to issue or store those articles. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479), is applicable.’
