File #1: The data is whole transcriptomics analysis (RNAseq) of 7 samples of isogenic colorectal cancer cell line HCT116 (parental wild HCT116, HCT116_negatic control, HCT116_Knocked out for ATG5, HCT116_Knocked out for ATG7). The cells were knocked out using Caspase Cas9 (ribonucleoprotein).
