Fungal identification using target enrichment and Nanopore sequencing

This project aims to identify fungal species present in infected plant tissues and determine the composition of a mock fungal community containing 8 species using a fungal identification platform that combines target enrichment and Nanopore sequencing.本课题旨在利用结合靶向富集和纳米孔测序技术的真菌鉴定平台，识别感染植物组织中存在的真菌物种，并确定包含8种物种的模拟真菌群落的组成。
