Datasets for "Design and evaluation of geometric phantoms in quantitative susceptibility mapping"

The following MAT files contain the phase and magnitude images after N4 bias field correction and denoising (section 2.7 in manuscript), and brain mask (also section 2.7 in manuscript). The neutral dataset is labelled "Rot0" and the rotations ("Rot1", "Rot2", etc.) correspond to the angulations (theta, phi) given in Supplementary Tables 1-2. The field strengths are 3T and 7T (all Siemens Healthcare, Erlangen, Germany) with a 64-channel and 32-channel head coil respectively.
