资源简介:
In macrophage biology, resident peritoneal macrophages (RPMs) and thioglycolate-elicited peritoneal macrophages (TGPMs) have been traditionally utilized as primary cultured models. RPMs and TGPMs display distinct morphological and functional characteristics. We analyzed altered gene expression between RPMs from control mice and TGPMs from thioglycolate-injected mice. C57BL/6J mice (8 weeks old) were i.p. injected with thioglycolate (Gibco). Peritoneal macrophages were prepared from thioglycolate-injected mice and non-treated mice and cultured in vitro from overnight. Total RNA preparations from the cultured macrophages were subjected to Affymetrix Mus musculus microarrays.
