Microbial community analysis in leachate water of inert-waste landfill site was conducted. Two kinds of leachate water, before and after aeration, collected in September 2015 were filtered and extracted for DNA. 16S rRNA libraries targeted V3-V4 region were prepared and sequenced on a Miseq system.
