Chloroplast Genome Characteristics and Phylogenetic Analysis of Two Clematis Species

By analyzing the complete chloroplast genome sequences of wild progenitor species and horticultural varieties of Clematis, this study clarifies their divergence relationships and facilitates the selection of parental lines in Clematis breeding programs.
