Caenorhabditis elegans Raw sequence reads

Day 1 adult animals raised at 20 degrees from the L1 larval stage were used for total RNA isolation with RNeasy Mini Kit (QIAGEN). For endu-2(tm4977) strain, we used the generation G4 descendance of BR7295 endu-2(tm4977);byEx1295[endu-2P::endu-2::EGFP;myo-2P::mCherry] that has lost endu-2::EGFP rescue transgene. Purification of poly-A containing RNA molecules, RNA fragmentation, strand-specific random primed cDNA library preparation, and 150 bp paired-end reads were carried out on an Illumina HiSeq 4000 by Eurofins Genomics.
