Public replication package for the article *"Competition Pressure, Work-Hour Escalation, and Welfare Trade-Offs in a China-Calibrated Agent-Based Macroeconomic System"* (Wei Wu, Jingjing Jiang; MDPI *Systems*). Contains the full agent-based stock-flow-consistent (AB-SFC) simulation pipeline:- **Code** — the model (`build_ab_sfc.py`) and the Gate-E experiment runners, including the employment-status-burden welfare pipeline that yields the reported 80/80 sign retention at χ = 0.8 (Wilson 95% lower bound 0.954).- **2017 social accounting matrix** — author-constructed from official input–output and flow-of-funds statistics, with full provenance (source-file hashes, 19-sector mapping, validation report).- **Calibrated parameters** and the seed registry.- **Archived aggregate simulation outputs** — central, global-sensitivity, friction, alternative-welfare, and the Option-B χ-sweep trial/summary tables that underlie every reported figure.- **Environment** (Python dependencies) and **SHA-256 provenance** of all source inputs. **Not included (licensing).** Record-level CFPS microdata and CFPS-derived processed inputs are licensed from the Institute of Social Science Survey, Peking University, and are not redistributed here.
