This dataset contains data on vertical flux of algal pigments and particulate organic carbon and nitrogen determined by deploying sediment traps under sea ice in the Bering Sea in 2008, 2009, and 2010. After retrieval the samples were split for analysis of algal pigments. Data were collected during the Bering Sea Ecosystem Study-Bering Sea Integrated Ecosystem Research Program (BEST-BSIERP). BEST-BSIERP together are the Bering Sea project.
