Morphological, sprint performance, survival, and thermal ecological data for tree lizards used in this study.
收藏资源简介:
Raw measurements of morphology (body size, hind limb length, and mass), estimates of maximal sprint speed (on two substrates), thermal data (body temperature and preferred temperatures in a laboratory gradient), and field survival data (absolute and relative fitness) on the adult tree lizards (Urosaurus ornatus) included in our study. Data are divided into three tabs-one tab for each sex (male/female) for the main dataset, and a third tab that includes thermal preference data for the supplementary materials (Text S1). Tabs also include columns indicating the habitat type (boulder/tree) and population (two per habitat) surveyed, and individual lizard identifiers, that we used. The final tab (labeled 'Variable KEY') provides further description of the data (with variable units, when applicable).
