We used RNA-seq to characterize the effects of the inhibitor on gene expression in mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs). Overall design: RNA was purified from ESCs treated with BAF inhibitor or a DMSO mock treatment. cDNA libraries were sequenced using Illumina HiSeq technology. Differentially expressed genes were identified using DESeq2.
