Building land class map

The subsoil class is a required specification to determine the seismic impact for a structure in accordance with standard SIA 261. It is to be regarded as a clue card and is not parcel-sharp. Methodologically, the building ground class is mapped on the safe side in the event of uncertainties. The maps are primarily useful in the context of preliminary investigations. When planning construction projects, the plausibility of the subsoil class must be verified on the basis of local clarifications. In the case of justified deviations, the subsoil class should be used based on local investigations. <br/> The map was created on the basis of the SIA 261 standard, edition 2003, and dates back to 2006.
