In this study, we investigated the effects of RAPA on the osteogenic differentiation and anti-senescence capacity of PDLSCs, the underlying signaling pathway, and in particular the ectopic bone-forming ability of RAPA-treated PDLSCs in rat calvarial bone defect model.
