hMeDIP sequencing of T-cell lymphoma in Tet2 knockdown mice

TET2 conversts methylcytosine (mC) to hydroxymethylcytosine (hmC). We analyzed Tet2 knockdown mice and found that these mice developed T-cell lymphoma.To adress the genome-wide hmC status, we performed hydoroxymethylated-DNA immunoprecipitation (hMeDIP) sequencing with 3 lymphoma samples and 3 control samples.
