Trained weights for the PanColon-CHiPS inference pipeline (github.com/hortensele/PanColon-CHiPS-Pipeline): HPL BarlowTwins_3 encoder, the colon reference Leiden clustering (fold-1 adatas + anchor h5s + folds pickle), and the 16 leave-one-institution-out SurvCLAM DFS CHiPS fold checkpoints. Imaging-only; no clinical data. Unpack with scripts/download_weights.sh.
