Cyber Siege Economics Dataset

This dataset provides insights into cyberattacks on local governments in the U.S. for the year 2019. It aims to capture the state, local government names, the type of exploit used, population, average age, racial diversity percentage, income, IT budget, attack occurrence, and a metric labeled as "BR" that is the total budgetary percentage increase or decrease following the 2019 ransomware cyberattacks against U.S. local governments (2019 budgeted + 2019actual spent + 2020 budgeted + 2020 actual spent).
