The development plan Bergedorf 97 for the scope west of the Schleusengraben between Bergedorfer Straße and Stuhlrohrstraße (Bergdorf district, district 602) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: Bergedorfer Straße – northern boundary of parcel 477 (Schleusengraben) of the district Bergedorf – Schleusengraben – via the parcel 472 (Kampdeich) of the district Bergedorf – Stuhlrohrstraße – west and north boundary of the parcel 3849, west boundary of the parcel 3848, over the parcel 5868 of the Bergdorf district.
