Wagtail compatible databases (16S, 18S, ITS, and CO1) release 1

Wagtail compatible databases. Comprised of 4 databases with format that Wagtail can read. Raw database file downloaded from respective publisher and edited manually. Tested at Wagtail version 1.2.0 16S: Microflora Danica v.1.0 (https://zenodo.org/records/15524854) 18S: PR2 database v5.1.0_SSU_mothur (https://github.com/pr2database/pr2database/releases) ITS: UNITE database v10_99_19.02.2025 ITS Taxonomy (https://doi.org/10.15156/BIO/3301241) CO1: MIDORI2_UNIQ_NUC_SP_GB270_CO1_QIIME (https://www.reference-midori.info/download.php) Extract the zip and then put it in /database directory of Wagtail.
