Genome sequencing and assembly of antibiotic-resistant isolates from the patients before and after the administration of study drugs of RBX2660 and placebo.

In this study, we explored the effect of a microbiota-based drug RBX2660, a suspension of healthy donor microbiota, on the gut microbiome and resistome of recipients treated for rCDI. rCDI patients received either a placebo (control group), one dose, or two doses of RBX2660. We demonstrated the regression of baseline antibiotic resistant organisms as well as new introduction of new AROs by RBX2660.
