Study of Standardization in Chinese Translation of Mongolian Media Assets

Based on the media asset management of special topics and variety shows such as Suo Yile, Art Archives and Old Age Program of Inner Mongolia Radio & Television Station in recent years, especially the language standardization in the process of translating Mongolian program names and profiles into Chinese for description. This paper focuses on the Mongolian translation of Horqin folk song names in variety shows, summarizes the translation problems of human names, place names and other proper nouns, combs the problems faced by different kinds of translation, so as to explore the overall standardized solution, strive to inherit and protect these valuable cultural resources, and provide convenience for future search and utilization. The research of this work will have extensive reference value for other cross language media asset management, information and intelligence issues.
