These expeirments compare the polyA selected RNA isolated from progeny 16-20hr old embryos from GFP expressing (control) and InR-DN expressing oocytes. Overall design: In this experiment we collected 16hr old embryo derived from GFP expressing oocytes and InR-DN expressing oocytes and conducted mRNA seq to indentify genes differentailly regulated in progeny reporgammed by insulin suppression in the maternal germline.
