This repository contains the datasets used in the study 'D-region ion-neutral collision frequency observed by incoherent scatter spectral width combined with LIDAR measurements'. This dataset includes EISCAT-VHF fitted spectral/plasma parameters, LIDAR neutral temperature data, and SIC model results of ion compositions in the altitudes 80-100 km. Note: For the use of LIDAR data, please contact the PI of the instrument, Prof. Satonori Nozawa (email id: nozawa@isee.nagoya-u.ac.jp).
