Identify and eradicate leukemia stem cells in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia by PD-1 therapy

To investigate the characteristics of PD-1+ LSCs in T-ALL, we purified PD-1+ and PD-1– T-ALL cells from the bone marrow (femur and tibia) of T-ALL mice, Pten null T-ALL mice, or PDX recipients. RNA sequencing was performed to explore the differential gene expression and pathway enrichment of PD-1+ LSCs in T-ALL. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis and gene set enrichment analysis of RNA-seq data for PD-1+ LSCs in murine and human T-ALL.
