Current clamp dataset for CA1 pyramidal neurons stimulated with patterned stimulation of CA3 neurons (Control and GABAzine)

This zipped file contains the CA1 current clamp data in the form of python pickle files. Each file contains the data for the photodiode recordings, the photostimulation coordinates, and the associated traces for all stimuli to a single CA1 neuron both in the presence and absence of GABAzine.
