The deduplicated FAERS database underlying Varia J, Nicholson T, Manookian L, "A 22-year disproportionality analysis of SSRIs and lethal violence in the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System". master_dedup.rds — all non-duplicated case reports, 2004 Q1 – 2025 Q4 (19,687,141 reports)master_mono.rds — the subset naming a single distinct drug (11,276,170 reports) Built from the FAERS quarterly ASCII files with the faers R package (v1.5.5), standardised against MedDRA 29.0, deduplicated automatically and then by manual clinical review (6,227 further reports removed; full list in the code repository).
