Expression data from sorted mouse E17.5 lung ciliated cells

We purified the differentiating ciliated cells from E17.5 mouse lungs and used Affymetrix microarrays to obtain their gene expression profiles. Ciliated cells were isolated by flow cytometry as GFP+ cells from FOXJ1-GFP mouse lungs at E17.5我们从胚胎发育第17.5天（E17.5）的小鼠肺中分离纯化得到分化中的纤毛细胞，并采用Affymetrix微阵列技术获取其基因表达谱。本研究通过流式细胞术，从E17.5的FOXJ1-绿色荧光蛋白（FOXJ1-GFP）小鼠肺中分离出绿色荧光蛋白阳性（GFP+）细胞，该类细胞即为目标纤毛细胞。
