This dataset contains electronic citations issued by the Charleston Police Department from January 1, 2015 - December 31, 2015 (hand-written citations are not included at this time). The dataset contains one row per citation; multiple citations may be issued to an individual during a single encounter. Note that the team beat boundaries have changed over time; the beats listed in this dataset were accurate at the time of the electronic citation.
