This dataset includes 16S and 18S rRNA gene sequences analyzed from samples collected from the southern coast of Korea (Busan, Masan, and Jinhae) in 2022 and 2023. The V4 region of the 16S and 18S genes was amplified by PCR and subsequently sequenced as amplicons. The analysis aims to examine the community composition of marine plankton in these regions.
