The Solanum pimpinellifolium is belongs to the family Solanaceae. S. pimpinellifolium is well known as wild tomato which has good resource genes for resistance to virus, fungus, and bacteria and resistance trait to the whitefly which was shown to reduce TYLCV spread.In this data inclued Illumina sequencing data of S. pimpinellifolium, complete chloroplast genome and phylogenetic relationship with relative species. The complete chloroplast genome is 155,445 bp, of which the genome harbored 80 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 29 tRNA genes, and 4 rRNA genes. The phylogenetic tree represents that two S. pimpinellifolium is same group
