RBPMS knockdown and overexpression in rat PAC1 pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (SMCs)

Investigation of RBPMS role in post-transcriptional control of mRNAs in rat PAC1 pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (SMCs). PolyA mRNA-Seq was carried out after RBPMS knockdown in differentiated PAC1 cells and after inducible RBPMS-A overexpression in dedifferentiated (proliferative) PAC1 cells.本研究旨在探究RNA结合蛋白RBPMS在大鼠PAC1肺动脉平滑肌细胞（SMCs）的信使RNA（messenger RNA，mRNA）转录后调控中的作用。研究人员分别在分化型PAC1细胞中敲低RBPMS后，以及在去分化（增殖型）PAC1细胞中诱导型过表达RBPMS-A后，开展了PolyA mRNA-Seq实验。
