The technology of Coating Hybrid Agent (Coating agent, rooting agent, disinfection agent, and so on) on Single bud as sugarcane Seeds under automatic seed cutting machine is more and more popular in Guangxi, the biggest sugar production province in China. This technology can be cooperate with the precise calculation of seed dosage in mechanical planting and help to improve the planting efficiency and quality of seed, and reduce the production cost. Coating agent, rooting agent, disinfection agent of Coating Hybrid Agent using on Single bud is directly affects sugarcane the growing season later, such as rooting agent was proved positive on sugarcane plant height, plant population, yield and so on in our previous pots and field trial. Results showed that root agent can effective improve sugarcane growth, increase sugarcane yield and sugar production. However, the differentially expressed genes and metabolic pathways were regulated by root agents on rooting process for on Single bud seed had been less reported. The trail was applied root agents (indole-3-butyric acid potassium (IBA)) on Single bud seed, and aimed to find out the key differential genes and metabolic pathways on sugarcane rooting of Single bud seed, and provide a theoretical basis for enhancing sugarcane growth through using phytohormone.
