MAIN DIRECTIONS AND PROBLEMS OF REFORMING THE CONSTRUCTION ECONOMY

This article analyzes the main directions of reforming the construction economy, adaptation to market conditions, improvement of the investment climate, enhancement of competition, development of public-private partnerships, and implementation of innovative technologies in the construction sector. Key challenges such as inefficient financing mechanisms, resource imbalances, and institutional constraints are examined. Scientific and practical recommendations aimed at ensuring sustainable development of the construction economy are proposed.
