This dataset is designed for optimizing injection molding and die casting process parameters for automotive components. Targeting the processing demands of automotive parts with varying specifications and materials, it integrates key process parameters of injection molding machines (including injection pressure, injection speed, etc.) and die casting machines (including shot speed, shot pressure, etc.), alongside corresponding workpiece information and finished product quality inspection data, to perform in-depth correlation analysis between process parameters and finished product quality. By extracting the optimal process parameter combinations corresponding to high-quality finished products from historical data, a process parameter recommendation model for different workpieces can be established. For example, during the injection molding processing of new automotive component shells, historical processing data of relevant materials (such as ABS, PP) in the dataset can be called to quickly match the optimal process parameters, effectively reducing the number of mold trials and shortening the production preparation cycle. In addition, for the problem of fluctuations in product qualification rate in mass production, by comparing the differences in process parameters between abnormal batches and qualified batches, parameter deviation points can be accurately located and iterative optimization can be completed, helping to improve process stability and ensure the quality of mass production.
