Cryptochrome/photolyase (CPD/PHR) family identified in fungi, and divided into 5 subfamilies. 1) Class I and 2) class II CPD photolyases that repair cyclobutane pyrimidine dimers, 3) (6-4)-photolyases that repair 6-4 pyrimidine byproducts, 4) CRY-DASH (Drosophila, Arabidopsis, Synecocystis, Human cryptochrome) proteins, 5) plant CRY (photolyase-related proteins)- unaligned multiple sequence files for each subfamily- genetree files with ultrafast bootstrap for each subfamily - Copy number mapped to species tree for three subfamilies (Class I CPD, (6-4)-PHR and CRY-DASH)- Net gains mapped to species tree for three subfamilies (Class I CPD, (6-4)-PHR and CRY-DASH)
