Scripts and data to reproduce analysis used in the paper "Beyond temperature: the environmental constraints of high-mountain microrefugia", by Vrábel et al. 2026 -- Journal of Ecology. Scripts are tested on R 4.4.2 and 4.5.> `data`: includes (1) original data (species composition: `spe_ready.csv`) and environmental variables: (2) carbon content in soil:`carbon_sa_new.tif`, (3) minimal annual temperature: `DMinAnnualTPriemer.tif`, (4) snow cover duration: `snow_summ (2).tif` and (5) topographic wetness index: `TWI_3.tif`. Lastly (6) digital elevetion model used in analysis: `DTM_2017_AOI_SK_R.tif`
