Ship-based Trackline Geophysical Data (MGD77) acquired during the Melville expedition NEMO04MV (2000)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based BellAerospace BGM-3 Gravimeter and Geometrics G-886 Magnetometer during Melville expedition NEMO04MV conducted in 2000 (Chief Scientist: Dr. LeRoy Dorman). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Magnetic Field and Gravity Field data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Benthic Flux Meter Study Across the Costa Rica Margin, New Millenium Observatory (NeMO), Leg 4, and Imaging the Seismogenic Zone with Geodesy and Seismology: Two Land-Ocean Transects Across Costa Rica and the Middle America Trench, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE99-05469, OCE99-07201, OCE99-10350, and OCE99-10609.
