Generational holiday eating habits in the United States by generation in 2020

In 2020, the share of Millennials who stated that they would happily remake a plant based holiday meal was more than twice as high as the share of Baby Boomers. Among the millennials, approximately 74 percent of respondents stated that they try to eat healthy during the holidays. By contrast, the share among the baby boomers was approximately 49 percent.
