In order to identify which cell components cause the dysbiotic microbiome in the Nlrp12-defecient mice, we performed the 16s rRNA sequencing of fecal DNA isolated from wild type and Nlrp12-defecient mice receiving bone marrow cell expressing NLRP12 or not. We also compared the microbiome difference after neutralizing antibodies target TNF (Infliximab) and IL6r (tocilizumab).
