whole genome sequencing of the CEN.PK 1137D strain using PacBio, ONT and utilized our Illumina data to obtain the complete genome by hybrid de novo assembly. Intensive genome comparison between S288c and CEN.PK113-7D were also performed. We also identify the transcription landscape of CEN.PK113-7D strain using direct RNAseq, a novel approach of ONT. The direct RNAseq revealed the dynamic signature of transcription as well as RNA bio-genesis.
