Bacterial communities of sheep vagina across pregnancy (16S rRNA gene)

16S rRNA gene sequences are from sheep vaginal bacterial community samples that highlight differences throughout pregnancy. Three sample time points were taken across pregnancy to determine if/how pregnancy effects the microbial communities. Additionally, samples were taken from animals that successfully established pregnancy and from those that did not (at multiple time points) to determine possible bacterial phylotypes that may effect reproductive success.
