Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy -Driven Immunosuppression is Associated with Poorer Progression-Free Survival in Cancer Patients

This dataset supports the manuscript entitled “Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy (SABR) -Driven Immunosuppression is Associated with Poorer Progression-Free Survival in Cancer Patients” which sought to explore the impact of SABR on the immune system. Data underpinning each of the figures can be found in the corresponding tab of the attached file, ‘Data for Figures.xlsx’. These include parameters relating to systemic immune cell composition, inflammatory markers and antigen-specific T cell responses as indicated. Blood samples were obtained from consented cancer patients between the 1st of June 2021 and the 28th of June 2024.
