Intestinal transcriptome of Procambarus clarkii during the BMD period

This project focuses on the intestinal transcriptomic analysis of Procambarus clarkii during the high-risk period of May Syndrome, a seasonal health issue in crayfish aquaculture. Intestinal samples were collected at four key time points from April to May, representing different physiological states. RNA-seq was performed to profile gene expression changes related to immune regulation, environmental stress response, and intestinal homeostasis. The dataset provides insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying disease susceptibility and stress adaptation during the May Syndrome period.
