This study sought to explore the use of Cas9 for enrichment of specific loci for targeted nanopore sequencing. We use this data to evaluate methylation state at cancer-driver genes as well as to evaluate structural variations. We also apply use this method to evaluate the ability of nanopore sequencing to call single nucleotide variants from high-coverage sequencing data.
